1982-84 -Bonnyville Satellite, first center in Grande Center.
1984-87 -Continuation of the Center through volunteer efforts.
1988 -Incorporated as non-profit Grande Center Native Friendship Center.
1993 -Bought and paid for building at 5015 55St.
1993 -Joined Bingo Association.
1994 - Started the Food Bank, and Grand Center later took over responsibilities.
1997 -Youth Learning Center opened.
1999 -Youth Learning Center assisted the development of the museum.
- Joined Grande Center Family and Community Support Services to provide Social Workers in all schools.
-Started the Hot Lunch Program in all schools, providing children with the opportunity for a warm meal.
2000 -Aboriginal section of the museum was opened. The Youth Center continues involvement with this project.
2001 -Grande Center became the Cold Lake Native Friendship Center.
2001 -Cold Lake Native Friendship Center became funded through the Federal Government.
2001-06 -Successful completion of Aboriginal Residential School Project.
2015 - Kokum's House was established as a shelter for men.
2016 - The Cold Lake Native Friendship Center's new building was built at 5015-55St Cold Lake.
